we manifestitate the decision to not support floppy media
documentation and support issues regarding ipv6

Nothing new IMHO, if I look at Bering-uClibc4, and given that we deliver a 
ipv6-capable version since Bering-uClibc 2.0 as addon, I believe the changes 
are mostly easyy to implement and will not affect user, who doesn't use ipv6 
right now.
