Thanks to you and kp for the feedback. I'll make my minor corrections as soon as I have time. I'm afraid I won't find the time for any huge improvements, but even small improvements can be helpful (I guess that's what the wiki idea is all about). I just wanted to make sure I wasn't causing additional work to somebody else, by not following the accepted approach.
