Hm, for me all is OK. During building 'getdep.sh' produces errors?
In any case, I some updated getdep.sh script; it should work faster due 
to moving work mostly to AWK, and it should be more compatible with 
different versions of utils.

Can't reproduce - possible because I have installed libevent with 
headers in system.
I committed patch, try it now.

Can't reproduce. Possible there is race condition in makefile.

P.S. Please, post all errors/warnings with command that produces it.
