Hi kp, OK, so that explains why it works for you but not for me. I've realized that compiling for the build host rather than the target host is *exactly* what $(BUILD_CC) is for and I've had some success with mawk by editing the Makefile to use $(BUILD_CC) for the relevant step. Hopefully I can do the same for linux-atm and dhcpd. My current thinking is that the toolchain is working properly.
