Hi Yves; pls revert that commits. We've had this configuration before and the issue has been discussed probably a year ago. To include the big tarballs has been done for two reasons: 1) it's a requirement of sourceforge.net to provide *all* sources, needed to build the software, though they've made an exception for linux etc, but more or less unwillingly and 2) we've been bitten by the unavailability of certain download sites during development - e.g. the long outage of kernel.org also a year(?) ago So we thought it would be best, even the repository get's really huge, to fulfill the requirements fully and to be independent from other sites as well. kp ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Live Security Virtual Conference Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
