I removed some of the cruft in dnsmasq.cgi. It looks a bit tidier in my
opinion now.

Tha main task remaining IMHO is to rephrase the explanation paragraphs.
I am often amused reading english user manuals from far east sources.
Often the semantics of the writers natural language prevails. I guess
the text portions of dnsmasq.cgi was not written by someone of english
native tongue.

For example I can't make any sense out of

By declaring domains as local, any DNS-querie about them will stay
within Dnsmasq and will never be forwarded upstreams. This is a good
thing for every local network.

What does that mean and will the user understand this?
This is probably meant to define locally administered domains. We should
explain this.

The files for dnsmasq are not checked in, will send them offline.
