It'll be good to make install from cd easy for end users - so I think that it'll be good to add 'install to hdd' item into menu. And when user chooses it - copy all packages to choosed partition, place syslinux-related files and leaf.cfg (where we should store then on isolinux image?), make it bootable and show warning if boot flag isn't set.
