uClibc-ng: udated to upstrem version 1.0.25
this version includes the fix for SMP kernel in our i486 toolchain
previously needed
Other than that it has mostly bugfixes and cleanups.
This will the last upgrade for uClibc-ng for 6.1.x (I hope...).
