I am using a pair of their 14 dB panel antennas for a distance of roughly 500 meters (550 yards). I have 35 dB S/N ratio on that link with a pair of Orinoco silver cards
I guess hyperliktech is the better deal.. unless you are completely in DIY mood, then you could go with one of the many waveguides...
