Sounds like the device is having trouble communicating with the other
side; the best thing to do is to correct that problem (interference, or
whatever). But if you want to use QoS as a workaround or permanent
solution if the other problem doesn't go away, try the QoS HOWTO at
http://www.monkeynoodle.org/lrp/LRP-QoS-HOWTO.html -- I believe you
won't need to worry about the kernel recompiliation I did, Charles has
made modules for his kernel available since then.
