Can someone possibly edit these two images?  The yellow "thumbs up/down"
should say "WARN" or "WARNING" instead of "ERROR", and the red thumbs down
image should say "ERR" or "ERROR" instead of "BAD".  I didn't create these,
and am fairly naieve when it comes to editing images.

Even better, create a new set of three images that look good but are smaller
(in terms of file-size...keep the image size the same :).  If no-one gets to
this, I'll probably re-create the images from scratch...they'll be ugly, but
they'll be small.
