Thanks for your help Simon. In my earlier message I was mistaken in thinking the ip_masq_xxx was included in the Dachstein RC1 release. But Simon pointed me in the right direction.
The ip_masq_xxx files I used were at http://lrp.steinkuehler.net/files/kernels/2.2.19-2-normal/modules/ipv4/ These seem to match the Dachstein-rc1-1680 disk image I got from Charles web site. I installed the files by copying the .o files to /lib/modules and adding the names to /etc/modules (lrcfg 3->3->1). Ip_masq_h323 worked great with MS Netmeeting 3.01 and an Intel webcam. I was able to setup a connection to the intel webcam test site. Thanks for your help.
