We have an application that behooves us to include T-1/CSU/DSU into an LEAF/LRP box. So far, we have built several boxen that relied on Cisco routers to handle the WAN side.
We are investigating products by Cyclades and Sangoma, which seem to meet our needs. However, never having done this, now is the time to ask questions: [1] Which product is the most cost effective for a single T-1 situation? [2] What are typical prices? How ought we to select from the alternatives? [3] What drivers are available? [4] What type of setup is required? [5] What changes/modifications are required to LEAF/LRP? [6] What else need we consider? Basically, we are interested in hearing any and all experiences, in this regard.
