I think you may need to edit your syslinux.cfg file (ran into this myself on my first couple of hard-disk-install attempts). Coyote, as far as I've seen so far, seems to do things pretty much the same way as any other LRP setup. Make sure you edit the line in syslinux.cfg that reads something like:
