You need to contact customer support and ask them for the fully
qualified domain name (fqdn) for the mail server you should be using.

Or, the ip address -- but, the fqdn is preferred.

Otherwise, it maybe possible to find the mx record(s) based on your
assigned dns servers via nslookup, dig, &c.
