I don't see why this wouldn't work, the only problem is that while VMware is 
fairly stable if something strange does happen you could potentially lose 
all 3 connections instead of one.  I'd recommend running VMware from linux, 
and not M$ if you intend to do this as I've had M$ kill VMware sessions - 
but Linux never has...  I'd just run 3 separate Dachsteins off the hard 
drive - and make sure you have at least 128 MB of ram in the box....  I'd do 
some initial testing first tho.  Also this method would be considered a 
little less secure as if someone has access to the one box, they would then 
by default have access to all 3....
