Is the "complex.wox.org" your site? If so, it works from here. I guess maybe noone has told you that because of the ip spoofing rules in the firewall, you cannot access the services through the firewall on anything port-forwarded or DMZ'ed. In other words, you cannot access anything by sending a request through DCD to the internet and then back in through the firewall. You should be able to access them from anywhere else you have allowed through.
