I'm sure this can be done, I have no idea how to do it, sorry.
What I did was:
1 - Burn a vanilla copy of DCD
2 - Boot it up and made my config changes
3 - Did a partial back-up to floppy
4 - Rebooted my firewall to make sure everything worked
(repeat steps 2 to 4 until all is well)
5 - Do a FULL backup of the packages I changed to floppy
6 - Take the DCD files, and overlay my FULL backup copies
and burn a new CD.
