I apologize for the previous message. You are right, the kernel is ready. I
just placed the lp.o, parport.o and parport_pc.o in modules and the kernel
boots with messages saying it detected irq 7... etc.

Now it is time to play with 9100.lrp.

Sorry again, I should be more careful and should look before sending my

It looks like that Dachstein 2.2.19-3-small and 2.2.19-3-normal
already has those lp.o parport.o and parport_pc.o compiled.

So it means it is already LPT capable.
