The driver is not officially supported in the 2.4.18 kernel. See: http://mobilix.org/pcmcia_ci10128.html There seems to be a beta one here: http://www.first.gmd.de/~danilo/pc-driver/ I'll compile it for you if you can't do it by yourself.
