You should be able to add your command to the end of the /etc/ppp/ip-up
script. You would probably want to add a sleep command before it to
allow everything else to settle before restarting ipsec.

Subject: [leaf-user] running script after dialing isdn line

hi

how can i make a bering rc3 with isdn.lrp run a script/command
after dial up?

the script would run "ipsec setup restart" in order to make ipsec aware
of the new default gw.

this is also interesting for modem connections/or xDSL connections with
dhcp renewal daily.
