Appears to be very incomplete compared to AcronymFinder, though.

Yup, but if AcronymFinder is the one that everyone is linking to (which
appears to be the case if it was the first result from Google), it would
appear it is indeed the best, despite the issues I mentioned.  Certainly
241,000+ acronyms is tough to beat.
