As long as you have X forwarding enabled (-X with openssh) and it
works, you should be alright.  If X forwarding isn't working, then
the xterms for the UML consoles won't display properly and you may
need to kill the uml process from a second ssh session or by
terminating your ssh connection.  ~. is the ssh terminate sequence
by default.

I didn't do a full test so YMMV.  Good luck.
