It shouldn't/won't work for a couple of reasons. First off, your not going to be able to change the Win ip address and keep your internet connection (via dhcp). Second, the subnets must be different on both sides of the ipsec tunnel, so an address given by the LAN dhcp server will be in the same subnet as your LAN (see first reason). The SSH Sentinel should have an option to receive a "virtual" LAN ip address, which should work for you.
