Lots of options:

- Mail them with the "mail" command...make sure settings are correct (type "mail" for help)

- Copy them with scp, rsync, ftp or whatever from your firewall to the remote system (note: copy can be initiated by the firewall or remote system, depending on how you have things setup)

- Periodically grab the files with links/lynx/wget via weblet (you'll probably want to grab the day-old files shortly after they get rotated)

- Log directly to a remote system via serial cable or network port (ie edit /etc/syslog.conf)

- Log directly to a remote system via NFS mounts

...and lots more options, like logging to your SAN via IP-SCSI (the only mentioned option I don't think anyone's actually done yet :-)
