Ok, in the last try, the pptp process stands for 3-5 minutes than die with:
Dec 3 16:00:18 fired pptp[5792]: log[pptp_write_some:pptp_ctrl.c:376]: write error: Broken pipe
Dec 3 16:00:18 fired pptp[5792]: log[call_callback:pptp_callmgr.c:88]: Closing connection

that's using --nolaunchpppd, if i don't use, it spits a lot of information in logs, and when pppd die, the pptp die with Input/output error!
=(

Ok, i get it!
I try some things here and, when i call pptp hostname, the processes stay for 5 secs then die, in the logs, what i think that happens, is the pppd trying to connect, and without modem, pptp close the connection cos pppd returns a error, i think! =)
So i try with --nolaunchpppd, and the process don't die, in logs shows:

Dec 3 14:05:24 fired pptp[5732]: log[pptp_dispatch_ctrl_packet:pptp_ctrl.c:580]: Client connection established.
Dec 3 14:05:25 fired pptp[5732]: log[pptp_dispatch_ctrl_packet:pptp_ctrl.c:708]: Outgoing call established (call ID 0, peer's call I
D 996).

So i think that works, but, how can i have sure???

Thanks for the answers!
