It depends on *why* they are not coming online. Are you missing NIC modules? Do you have an IRQ conflict? Are the interfaces created but not configured (assigned IP addresses, that is)? How are they supposed to get their IP addresses (static? DHCP? PPPoE?)? Until you isolate your problem, we can't tell you how to fix it.

Once again, please read and follow the advice in the SR FAQ. Think of it as "the manual" for troubleshooting queries and act appropriately.
