It could be caused by a buggy driver (you didn't tell us what driver you use for eth1), but more likely it's from a network or NIC configuration problem. If you search for the error message on google, you'll find tons more info. You may also want to check that you don't have overlapping IRQ or I/O port settings for your NICs.
