I haven't included it, because I hate long email footers (see Netiquette
Guidelines (RFC1855)).
ML footer changes/suggestions are welcome.
Note: Mailman has problems escaping certain characters in the 2.0.x
revisions. This problem was addressed in the 2.1.x releases.
