For a little over a week now I have been trying to get a vpn pass through connection working using a Dachstein LRP box.
This morning I got it working. The real problem was a faulty software installation of the Cisco client on the windows machine. The LRP box was never the issue but got most of the blame because it was 'different'. All that was really needed was UDP port 500 open and protocol 50 enabled. This works for Cisco VPN Client 3.5.1(B) running on a Win98 machine. It may not work for other VPN client software or other operating systems. Thanks to everyone who helped me. I learned a lot about LRP.
