Try http://lrp.steinkuehler.net/files/kernels/zoneinfo/. I would think that you could these time zone files on Bering too. KP has a timezone package located at http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/leaf/devel/kapeka/packages/tz.lrp.
