I used the package linked on this site http://leaf.sourceforge.net/mod.php?mod=userpage&menu=91004&page_id=40 and after creating the keys, everything works flawlessly.
Where did you get libssl2 from? I'm not aware that one exists for uClibc and maybe sshd gets confused by that (even though sshd is statically linked against ssl, but who knows).
So, in short, no, I don't know what's happening, but since I'm the one who made the sshd.lrp (that is, if you're referring to the openssh versions) I thought I should try to find out what's wrong.
