Pedro,

I just checked the package and I don't seem to have a problem with 
it. Can you check if the binaries are executable?

-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root       163724 Oct 30  2002 lsh-keygen*
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root       316968 Oct 30  2002 lsh-writekey*
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root          239 Dec  1  2002 makekey*

If not, you can change it with chmod 755
