Yes you can. The command "scp" is part of the ssh suite and does what you want. You could either log into the Bering box and use scp to push files to your windows machine, or there's "pscp", which is the Windows command line version of scp from the people who brought you putty, which would allow you to pull files from your Bering box. pscp is downloadable here:
