2 Comments: 1. The more "locked-down" a server is, the harder it is to "finger print" it.
2. Seems like a windows-centric scanner. Does it know how to spell Linux? You might want to look into NESSUS. nessus.org. Nice scanner. When it gets confused (due to a well locked-down server) it might ID it as Windows or Linux or BSD...
