If you have two NIC's with their module loaded BEFORE adiusbadsl in /etc/modules then they should be assigned eth0 and eth1 adisusbadsl will then assign eth2 for the Sagem 800 modem. This is normal. adictrl -i should return eth2 Are you sure you are loading all the necessary ppp & usb modules ?
