Without trying to sound rude, have you read the LEAF/Bering documentation on PPPoE setup? It can be found here:

You have not given us much to go on, you could start by telling us which Distro you are using, the output from "lrpkg -l" and "lsmod". That will tell us (atleast to start) what you have configured.
