Hi all, Well, xDSL modems and Bering are hideous. UK modems use all different sorts of chipsets for different ISPs, none of which has native support for Bering (no nice LRPs).
But I found this, and this looks good. http://www.adslguide.org.uk/hardware/reviews/2003/q3/xmodem.asp An ADSL modem with an Ethernet socket and a DHCP server in it. But just to be sure (before we dish out the money) can anybody see any glaring problems with this modem? Anything that screams I Bite Linux.
