Hi. Anyone out there know anything about BPALogin? It is a login client for Bigpond Australia cable that uses a heartbeat to keep the connection up. I connect ok but ehn get disconnected because the heartbeat is not being accepted. Can anyone give me a clue what might be happening?

Is there anything I can do from my end to fix that or is it a server side problem? If anyone knows anything about BPAlogin, I would be very pleased to hear from you. Thanks.
