Gents; I'm finally ready to attempt to open my ftp server that is behind my Dachstein firewall to some selected outside users, but am totally confused. (be aware that I'm extremely new to this). I read the port forwarding HOWTO by Lynn Avants, but it was like reading greek for me. Can anyone explain simply how to open and allow access to my ftp server? I'm not sure what you'll need to see, so if someone can tell me what info I need to provide, I'd be happy to display it.
