Look into modules.dep, there are many ebt* modules which you may have to load, like 

ebt_802_3.o  ebt_arpreply.o  ebt_limit.o  ebt_mark_m.o    ebt_snat.o  ebtable_broute.o 
 ebtables.o
ebt_among.o  ebt_dnat.o      ebt_log.o    ebt_pkttype.o   ebt_stp.o   ebtable_filter.o
ebt_arp.o    ebt_ip.o        ebt_mark.o   ebt_redirect.o  ebt_vlan.o  ebtable_nat.o

It all depends on your requirements
