first of all great project.
I have a question and for me it's easier to outline the current and the
desired situation.
Current situation:
local<-------->bering<-------->alcatel<------->internet
netwerk firewall modem
This situation works great.
Desired situation:
local<-------->bering<-------->alcatel<------->internet (proxyserver no)
netwerk firewall modem
|
|----DHCP------------------>internet
(proxyserver yes)
In this situation i have an extra internet connection (as backup). The
firewall will get the ipsettings via DHCP.
Question:
1. Is the desired situation possible with Bering?
2. What steps do I have to take?
