I've found that there isn't module ipt_TTL.o (apparently i need this
to create rule as above)in my kernel and it isn't available in 
Bering_1.2_modules_2.4.20.tar.gz
Probably i need patch-o-matic TTL patch, so it looks i need to do a LOT of reading 
about compiling and patching kernel:-)
