Try Crystalfontz or MatrixOrbital. Crystalfontz is cheaper $65 against $100 of MatrixOrbital. These are 5 1/4" PC Bay bezel mounted ones with cables. It would be cheaper for you to rig one up with a dremel and a soldering iron. May cost you $25-$30.
