 Have you allowed outgoing traffic from your firewall for ntp (port 123)?

I put the line "ACCEPT fw net udp 123" in my shorewall rules and it looks like 
it's working now.
I somehow imagined that I didn't need to put specific rules in to allow 
outgoing traffic - only incoming.
When I've had problems with Leaf, I've promised I'd get up to speed with 
Shorewall, iptables etc., but since it's been working fine I've got lazy. Time 
to dust off the FMs and read them!
