isdn.lrp is isdn4linux. Also in the above link I see the "ms-get-dns"
option described in section 12.10

The ioptions file is not really used anymore, you could try the following:

Add the next line to /etc/isdn/isdn.conf :
GETDNS=ms-get-dns

and extend the last line in isdn.conf from
IOPTIONS=" $MTU $MRU $USER $LOCAL $REMOTE $LCP $IPDEFAULT $DEFAULTROUTE
$MULTILINK"

to

IOPTIONS=" $MTU $MRU $USER $LOCAL $REMOTE $LCP $IPDEFAULT $DEFAULTROUTE
$MULTILINK $GETDNS"
