The EPIA ME6000G costs CAD$145 (wholesale). It has a VIA Nehemiah CPU at 
666.6MHz with a bogomips of 1310.72 with very low power consumption.

I normally install the MB with a Travla C158 which include 60W/90W ATX power 
supply for CAD$150. It makes a nice Asterisk PBX with TDM400P, A200D, or A400P 
telephony cards so far.
