Support for PicoLCD is not compiled into the lcd4linux lrp (most likely due to dependency issues). You will have to compile your own to get PicoLCD support. I don't know if that will be easy - well, getting the build-environment is easy enough, and documented in http://leaf.sourceforge.net/doc/buc-buildtool.html You'll need to modify the buildtool.mk file from the lcd4linux package (simply remove the "!picoLCD" entry). The problem could be that the picoLCD driver required libs that are not provided in the buildenv - that's the part where things might get complicated. But if you manage to get it to work and share your results, I'd be more than happy to add picoLCD support to the default package.
