Shorewall and Leaf work great!  I've been employing systems using leaf 
both for myself and for organizations which rely on low cost high 
performance capabilities (non profit, etc) since around 2001.  Thank you 
for all the effort that has gone into these projects and the high 
quality of software that has been produced.

As an aside, I started using shorewall on my slackware intel laptop and 
archppc ibook for wireless firewalling when out to the "coffee shop" or 
other wireless hotspot.
