Yes, the original designer of webconf _probably_ did not want to meddle
with the .lrp packages and developed the .lwp concept. I firmly believe
that the webconf files are part of the LEAF configuration system and
should belong to the respective .lrp files. This would somehow force the
developers to take care of the web interface at the same time as they
develop the actual code. Things like the syslog issue should just not
happen, but then, that's life.
